HKS Cleaners 70020-AF103 Editorial Review
The HKS 70020-AF103 Racing Suction Intake Series has received overwhelmingly positive feedback from users, demonstrating its efficiency and ease of installation. Many customers report that the product fits perfectly and comes with all the necessary parts and clear instructions, allowing for an installation time of around 10 minutes, even for those who are not particularly mechanically inclined. Users have experienced noticeable enhancements in their vehicle’s performance, particularly praising the smoothness of the rev range and the satisfying intake noise that comes with it. Many noted that the sound of VTEC activation is now more pronounced, adding an engaging auditory element to the driving experience. For some, integrated adjustments, such as swapping out the foam air filter for a more reputable type, further improved performance. Despite some minor critiques about the foam air filter’s quality, overall satisfaction remains high. A few users mentioned issues with long-term use, particularly concerning ECU performance and calibration after several years, suggesting that while the initial performance boost is significant, it may not hold indefinitely due to the aging components of older vehicles. In summary, this intake system is lauded for its performance enhancement capabilities, ease of installation, and overall sound quality. **
