MIDOProfessionalAbrasive Sanding Sheets Editorial Review
The 1000 Grit Sandpaper Roll is marketed as an affordable solution for various sanding needs in woodworking, automotive applications, and even crafting. Feedback from customers highlights a mix of satisfaction and discontent with the product's performance, particularly when it comes to durability and effectiveness across different materials. Many users appreciate the sandpaper's cost-effectiveness, with some noting that it performs admirably for gripping on surfaces such as wood and certain plastics. A few reviewers highlight its efficacy in sanding tasks, particularly praising its ability to handle soft materials and detailing that it outlasts more expensive brands like 3M in certain scenarios. However, the sandpaper's performance on harder materials like aluminum, steel, or acrylic is less favorable, with complaints about it clogging quickly and not maintaining its grit. Several customers also experienced issues with the adhesive backing, noting that it either wore out too soon or was overly sticky, leading to difficulty in removal without damaging the surfaces they were working on. The product's limitations in forming to tighter angles also received criticism, suggesting it may not be suitable for more intricate sanding projects. Overall, while the product has its merits for basic uses, concerns about durability and adhesive performance may deter more demanding users. **
