Nutritionist's Take
As a nutritionist, it is important to clarify that Amazonite Raw Crystals are not food or supplements and do not possess nutritional value. While some people believe in the healing properties of crystals for emotional or spiritual well-being, there is no scientific evidence supporting their efficacy in improving physical health or nutrition. Potential benefits attributed to Amazonite include stress relief and emotional balance, but these are subjective experiences rather than measurable health outcomes. Moreover, originality and quality of these stones can vary, which may impact their allure for decorative or metaphysical uses. Consumers should be cautious about relying on crystals for any health-related claims and instead focus on proven nutritional practices and health strategies. Overall, Amazonite crystals may be suitable for decorative and spiritual practices, but they should not be considered a health product.
