About This Item
Introducing the Truck Upfitters Premium Gas Struts for Camper Shell Rear Doors! Designed specifically for ARE, Snugtop, Leer, ATC, and Century brands, these gas props are the perfect replacement for your camper door. Please note that these gas struts may not fit every camper shell brand and model, so it's important to measure your struts before replacing them. These struts are specifically designed for medium weight rear or side camper doors, with a 40 lb gas lift capacity. Forget about struggling to keep your camper door open or closed. With these gas struts, you'll experience effortless operation every time.
They are built to withstand heavy usage and provide reliable support. Installation is a breeze with our detailed instructions. Just remember a few key points: ensure that your door is in the extended position before installing the gas props, use another person's help to hold the door in place, and carefully remove the old gas prop using a small screwdriver and lifting the retaining band. Then, align the new gas strut properly, press the nylon end head onto the 10mm ball mount, and you're good to go! We understand the importance of quality and durability, which is why our gas struts are made to last.
The wide body of the gas prop ensures that the oil stays within the seal, preventing cracking and maintaining its effectiveness. In addition to the 2 gas props, we're also including 4 ball mounts for your convenience. These props are compatible with Snugtop Leer Camper Doors and ONLY Aluminum Weatherguard Toolboxes. Upgrade your camper door with the Truck Upfitters Premium Gas Struts. Don't settle for anything less than the best.
