Answer: I have size G boobs and I used these with 3 kids. When pumping, they are perfect to pop in the microwave for 30 seconds while you get the parts ready and these sit perfectly under the boob to warm up glands and increase output. If I had a specific clogged duct, I just rolled it and put in that area. I’m not sure why you would need it to cover your whole boob. If you are using as an ice pack for soreness I guess that would be why, but honestly for me I used them every day 3+ times to get great flow. After nursing we pop them in the freezer and they are perfect for ice pads for toddlers. -

Answer: I just warmed one up, and it really depends on the power of your microwave and how sensitive your skin is. The box says 20-40 seconds. -
