The APEC Water Systems RO-PUMP-100V Top Tier Ultra Safe Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Filtration System is designed to fit underneath a kitchen sink with dimensions 15"w x 7"d x 20"h and a 4 gallon tank dimensions of 11"w x 11"d x 15"h. The system uses a high efficiency, Dow Filmtec membrane to produce up to 90 gallons per day, and for every 1 gallon of purified water, there is 3 gallons of brine water. However, some customers complain of a clicking noise from the non-electric Permate pump which lasts until the tank is filled again, and that the unit can be noisy overall. The system is easy to install, and filter replacements are easy to get from Amazon, but some reported issues with leaks, and that the company's instructions are not helpful. Customers report good taste and fast stream of water, but some feel it wastes water, and would have appreciated clearer instructions.
