    Answer: Yes, the inserts can be worn with or without a pocket.
  • Question: How should I wash the inserts?

    Answer: You can hand wash or machine wash in a lingerie bag, but they must be air dried.
  • Question: How do I find the right size for the inserts?

    Answer: Refer to the size chart and match your bra size to find the correct insert size.
  • Question: Do these stick to the skin or to the inside of the garment?

    Answer: The grippy side sticks to the fabrics. The soft, smooth blue side is against you. They stay in place in everything I wear them with!
  • Question: Where is your bright blue size chart?

  • Question: How thick are these? Are they padded? Also returnable if not a proper fit?

    Answer: They are not thick or bulky. Our half Moons have a very slight padding for nipple coverage. They are not a padded insert or meant to add a size. They are on the thinner side. They absolutely can be returned if you try them on and they don't fit.
  • Question: Do you have G cups?

    Answer: Yes, depending on your band size. Happy to help - send us a private message and we can walk through it with you. :)
  • Question: Are the regular (round) or half moon shaped better for everyday bras?

    Answer: For most everyday bras, the oval shape is best. If you have a wireless / cozy style of bra or bralette, half moon style is best. We do have a few ladies that prefer the oval shape in their wireless/cozy style bras.
  • Question: What size would I need to order if I'm a 36D? I usually wear medium in sports bras. Would medium work?

    Answer: For bra size 36D, we recommend a large in our inserts for sports bras. This size would provide the best coverage.
  • Question: How long do these take to dry once you wash them?

    Answer: They typically dry within one hour. Since they are lightweight, it doesn't take too long.
  • Question: I wear a 34H, what would be the best size for me to buy?

    Answer: For 34H, we recommend size large to start. About 90% of 34H went with Large and 10% went with XL.
  • Question: How do I know what size to purchase? Cup sizes grow as the band size grows.

    Answer: Their size chart is bra-based and they included band size and cup size. It's a big difference, right? They did it correctly and didn't combine sizes where it doesn't make sense.
