FolkArt acrylic paint in the color Java is a great choice for DIY projects. The paint provides good coverage and can be used on a variety of surfaces. The rich dark brown color is very pretty and a little goes a long way. It is a bit thick, but adding a small amount of water can solve this issue. However, one customer was disappointed with the product they received as it had dried paint all over it and appeared to have been previously used. Another customer complained that the product was not actually chalk paint, but rather a matte acrylic paint which they found misleading.
