Answer: No, it is only compatible with Ideal Standard Tempo and Kheops toilets. It is not supported for the Tempo Arc model. -

Can someone confirm whether this unit is top-fixing, and does it come with the fittings required for top fixing?
Answer: The latest version of these seats come supplied with bolts that detach from the seat during installation. They have a threaded portion that is affixed from underneath with a nut and a wing shaped washer. The seat is a quick release. By pressing two buttons it slots in and off the bolts. Mine was a warehouse deal item and the nuts and washers were missing. -

Should the toilet seat soft close before fitted to the toilet/hinges?
Answer: No, the seat has to be fitted before it will work. It is suggested to get a plumber to fit. -

Can this seat be fitted from the top?
Answer: Yes, it came with all the fittings. -
