  • Question: How do I hang this swing from a tree limb using just the rope it comes with? Rope loop at the top can't really be untied to wrap around limb.

    Answer: I didn’t have any issues with that, however I’m assuming you followed instructions and pulled any extra slack taught. I’d suggest perhaps one more attempt at installing the swing from step 1 before returning/exchanging bc it sounds like a faulty product, unfortunately. We absolutely love ours :(
