The desk has a spacious MDF top and adjustable height buttons on the ergo-shaped top that come with four presets. Its assembly is easy and with its smooth adjustments, it is easy to use. The desk comes with an optional cabinet that is lockable and helpful for storing important files. Their customer service is responsive and friendly, with positive feedback from customers who needed spare parts. Though cable management does not come included, the add-on tray is a must-have. While some people complain about the wire for the control panel not staying in place, causing an inconvenience. The only downside mentioned is that the controls can malfunction, leaving the desk stuck in an odd position after a year of use. Despite this, the overall reception of the product is excellent.
