Question:
How do you use the red water cups? Where do they attach?
Answer: Drinking cups can be easily installed by wearing them on containers such as barrels. You can refer to the installation steps in the last picture on the product description page. -

Does this machine really work? I feel like one end of the machine is warmer than the other side. Also, did anyone hatch eggs without a hygrometer?
Answer: Many users have successfully hatched eggs with this machine. Ensure you follow the instructions properly for better results. As for the temperature difference, it is recommended to use an additional thermometer to monitor the temperature accurately. A hygrometer is not mandatory for hatching eggs, but maintaining proper humidity levels is crucial. -
Question:
My incubator says 38°C but it is nowhere near that hot inside and it has been running for 24 hours. Any suggestions?
Answer: You can try adding an additional thermometer inside the incubator to get an accurate reading. If the temperature remains low, it is advisable to contact the manufacturer for support. -

How do you calibrate the temp? It's running at 95°F (separate gauge inside) and is maxed out at 39.5°C on top. Do I go up or down to get hotter?
Answer: To increase the internal temperature, you need to increase the Celsius temperature setting. However, this incubator is known to have issues with temperature regulation. It is recommended to consider returning the faulty product. -

When I try to set the alarm temp al and ah, it only lets me get to 15 degrees Celsius. What am I doing wrong?
Answer: You are not doing anything wrong. The maximum temperature that can be set for the alarm temperature is 15 degrees Celsius based on a 38-degree Celsius base temperature. It is not necessary to set it so high as the temperature will only fluctuate around 38 degrees Celsius. -
