Answer: That might be an issue with the injection molding as most open without major problems. Trying putting a little pressure on it and see if that solves it. -

Answer: There's a youtube video that shows this bank. There's a round product sticker on the base of the bank with manufacture detail. Remove the sticker and there's a way to open a small coin-sized opening to remove money. -

Answer: On the back. I'll call it the neck area. You still have to fold it up like other banks but the slot is a nice size. It's an awesome bank. Don't pass it up! -

Answer: Plastic. A leg broke off but it was easily fixed with superglue and has been fine since. My 5 1/2-year-old grandson loves it.
