The STANLEY Hand Saw, 11-TPI, 26-Inch (20-065) is a good quality saw that is great for cross-cutting. It is slow to cut with the grain but quick and efficient when cutting cross-grain. The saw is induction sharpened for a cross cut with a slight set. It is not recommended for ripping green wood as it has flex in the saw plate. Users state that it is not any more flexible than a standard saw. The blade length is 26" and there is no printing or engraving on the backside of the blade. The handle has decorations on both sides. Made in the USA from Global Materials. Users praise the saw for being sharp right out of the box and cutting extremely well. It is a good value for the cost. The packaging could be improved to include a plastic blade guard for long term storage.
