    Answer: It should, but we have not tested it with machines with the front rack. We will need to experiment with this and share our findings.

    Answer: While the design of the windshield is meant to be folded down, some customers have folded the lower part up and kept it on top. Using zip ties or pool noodles can help keep the bottom portion propped open.

  • Question: Where is the seam located in the line of vision? I have the factory Can Am half windshield and find it too low.

    Answer: Our Full Folding windshield is just shy of 13 1/4" tall from the midpoint. When folded in the half position, it will be similar to the height of the Can Am half windshield (a couple of inches above the top of the steering wheel).
  • Question: Does this work with the Dragonfire or Lonestar aluminum roofs?

    Answer: This windshield is designed for the Can-Am factory roof and fits as high as it can on the cage. If you have the Dragonfire or Lonestar aluminum roofs, you can request a custom-cut windshield to fit the height from the center of the hood to just under the lip of your chosen roof.

Moreover, the design was initially intended to be folded down, but customers have propped up the lower portion, using zip ties or pool noodles, so that it lays on the top part. This windshield fits all models of Can Am Maverick Trail/Sport, including the 50-inch 2020 model and the 2022 Sport Max 1000. Although it was built for the Can-Am factory roof, it can also fit with Dragonfire or Lonestar aluminum roofs when cut shorter.
