Customer Questions & Answers
-
Question:
What's included in the bundle?
Answer: The bundle includes Kinect sensor, Gunstringer downloadable token, Fruit Ninja Kinect downloadable token, Kinect Adventures game, power supply cable, and manual. -
Question:
What are some of the games included in the bundle?
Answer: The Gunstringer allows you to serve up justice one bullet at a time and Fruit Ninja Kinect lets you slice fruits as a ninja. The bundle also comes with Kinect Adventures game where you can jump, dodge, and kick your way through exciting adventures set in exotic locations. -
Question:
What is recommended to have with the bundle?
Answer: It is recommended to have Xbox LIVE Gold 12 month card and Microsoft 1600 Points Card. -
Question:
What's the difference between the old and new model of Kinect? What advantages does the new model have?
Answer: No clue. I think the new one has a distance sensor. We have the old one and had to buy this attachment because our living room is too small and it allows us to be closer to the sensor. -
Question:
Do you need Xbox Live to play Gunslinger and Fruit Ninja? Or just to download? Or do you only need an internet connection to download those?
Answer: I do not have Xbox Live but it still was letting me download the games. However, there was not enough space on my system to fully download either game. I deleted a lot of other content and was still never able to download or play either game! I would not recommend buying this unless you have a newer version of Xbox 360/a lot of extra memory space. -
Question:
Does the Ninja game run on Xbox One S?
Answer: Sorry, do not have it anymore. -
Question:
You say this is for the Xbox 360 but it's an old model. Will it work with a new Xbox 360?
Answer: Yes, it works with Xbox 360. -
Question:
Will it work with the latest Xbox 360 model?
Answer: The one my son has is about 6 months old. I believe it is the newest one and it works great. -
Question:
What do you mean by '(OLD MODEL)'? Is it referring to the sensor bar or the Gunstringer Token Code?
Answer: It's referring to the Kinect sensor bar itself. -
Question:
Does Kinect require its own games?
Answer: For gaming, the Kinect for the XB360 console requires Kinect compatible games. Kinect compatible games will have the green Kinect logo on the upper right area of the game packaging. -
Question:
Do you have to have internet to use Kinect games for my kids to dance?
Answer: No, you do not. Just connect it to the Xbox 360. -
Question:
If this is a newer version, why do you say OLD MODEL? Or is that for the Gunstringer game?
Answer: It's probably newer. I bought mine years ago.
Microsoft Games LPF-00068 Editorial Review
The Kinect Sensor (OLD MODEL) with Kinect Adventures and Gunstringer Token Code is a decent product overall. It works well and is in good condition, but there are some issues with the packaging and included items. Some customers received only one game instead of the promised three, and others did not receive the power connector or adapter. Additionally, there were complaints about the lack of clear information regarding the need for additional accessories like the adapter. Overall, the Kinect Sensor itself is functional and enjoyable, but the package as a whole could be improved.
