Can this b ran on 3s ?
Answer: No. Recommended up to 2S LiPo (7.4V). Maybe, but watch temperatures as 3s is out of spec, however could cook the motor. -

Is this sensoed there only 3 wires?
Answer: Yes. It is sensored. Just be careful not to throw too much boost or turbo at it. It already spins super fast, but once I added 15 degrees of turbo or boost via my HWing ESC, it got noticeably warmer to the touch...
