The inside diameter is 5/16” of the smallest portion of the funnel. It is best suited for putting in additives, and it has a very small holding capacity, less than a quart. The funnel is lightweight, easy to clean, and can be used with both food-grade and chemical liquids. Although one customer reviewed that it is not suitable for refilling Lucas oil bottles because the hole is too small, the majority of users found it effective for their intended uses.
