It is perfect for turning a 5-gallon metal bucket into a barbecue grill for on-the-go cooking. The cast iron grate is great for creating beautiful grill marks and is easy to clean. The only maintenance required is a quick clean after each use with a wire brush and then application of cooking oil via a paper towel held by tongs and just drag across the grate.
